What Makes Us Important?
School life is not only about academics. It is also about how students feel, communicate, and grow as individuals. SWA plays an important role by creating a space where students can share their opinions, raise concerns, and feel connected to the school community.
When students are heard, they become more confident. When students are supported, they perform better. When students work together, the school becomes stronger.
What The SWA Does Not do
SWA is not a replacement for teachers, counsellors, or school authorities. Serious issues related to bullying, safety, health, discipline, or personal emergencies must be handled by responsible adults and official school authorities.
SWA helps guide students, communicate concerns responsibly, and support positive change, while respecting the role of the school.
